AUTOMAX ZMAQ Pneumatic 3-Way Control Valve is a heavy-duty modulating valve designed for precise fluid Mixing (Confluence) or Diverting (Split) in heat exchange and industrial process loops. Powered by a responsive Multi-Spring Diaphragm Actuator with a smart positioner (4-20mA), it ensures accurate temperature and pressure control. Available in DN15–DN600 with Cast Steel (WCB) or Stainless Steel bodies, compliant with ANSI/DIN/JIS standards.
✅Versatile Mixing & Diverting Configurations
The valve utilizes a specialized spool design to handle two distinct flow modes: Mixing Type (Confluence) for blending two fluids into one, or Diverting Type (Split) for separating one fluid into two paths. This replaces the need for two separate 2-way valves, saving installation space and piping costs.

Equipped with a compact ZHA/ZHB type multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It offers a low profile, high output force, and reliable fail-safe operation (Air-to-Open or Air-to-Close) to protect the system during air supply failure.

Integrated with an Electro-Pneumatic Valve Positioner, the valve accepts standard 4-20mA signals to convert electrical commands into precise stem displacement. This ensures rapid responsiveness for controlling heat transfer fluids, cooling water, and steam.
✅Wide Temperature Range (-40°C to +450°C)
Standard bodies (WCB) operate efficiently from -20°C to 200°C. For extreme thermal applications, we offer High-Temperature Bonnets with Cooling Fins (radiators) to dissipate heat, protecting the actuator and packing in temperatures up to 450°C.

The valve body features a rigid guide structure to minimize vibration. Flange connections are machined to ANSI 150/300, DIN PN16/40, and JIS standards, allowing for seamless integration into global pipelines.
